Welcome to The Vedic Pandit. These terms and conditions outline the rules for using our website and services. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

The Vedic Pandit is a platform that facilitates the booking of qualified, independent Pandits ("Service Providers") for various Hindu religious ceremonies and consultations. We strive to ensure our Pandits are knowledgeable and perform rituals with authenticity.

2. Booking and Payment

To book a service, you must provide accurate information. A booking is considered confirmed only after our team has called you to finalize the details and the payment has been successfully processed. Prices listed on the website are indicative and may be subject to change based on your specific requirements, which will be communicated during the confirmation call.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before ceremony: A 75% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
  • Between 24 to 48 hours before ceremony: A 25% refund will be provided, as the Pandit's schedule has been reserved.
  • Less than 24 hours before ceremony: No refund will be provided.

To cancel, you must contact our customer care team directly.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for the booking.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for the Pandit to perform the ceremony.
  • Arrange for any items listed under your responsibility as communicated by our team.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Vedic Pandit acts as a facilitator. While we verify our Pandits, we are not liable for any personal conduct of the Pandit outside the scope of the religious ceremony. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.
